Receiving geodetic documentation
Documentation for completed building projects, especially geodetic documentation for construction (DSPS) and geometric plans, are the fundamental basis for updating the Digital Technical Map of Prague (DTMP). As the executive manager of the DTMP, the Prague Institute of Planning and Development (IPR Prague) receives such documentation from building owners and issues confirmation of receipt for city district building authorities and Prague City Hall (MHMP).
Requirements for submitted geodetic documentation on construction
A generally binding decree for managing the Technical Map of Prague (hereinafter the “Decree”) is currently under preparation, after which building owners will be required to submit documentation in digital form according to the prescribed data model, which will be described in operational documentation.
